I’m Rachel

Hi there!

I’m a Family Medicine PA and Women’s Health Functional Medicine coach

I hear so often from my female patients in clinic… a desire to better understand their cycles and to feel more in tune with their bodies. To understand what will actually help them feel better.

I created Cycle Ease because I wanted to offer the kind of space I’ve always wished I had more of in the clinic.

Through longer, more intentional sessions, we’re able to explore the lifestyle and nourishment shifts that can support your energy, improve your sleep, and help you reconnect with what your body is telling you.

Cycle Ease — 1:1 Session

A gentle, personalized approach to understanding your cycle and supporting your body.

  • Cycle Ease is a one-on-one coaching session designed to help you better understand your body through the lens of your menstrual cycle.

    Whether you’re feeling out of sync, navigating symptoms, or simply looking for a more grounded and supportive approach to your health, this session offers space to slow down, be heard, and begin making sense of what your body is communicating.

    Together, we’ll explore your current patterns, concerns, and goals—and begin to build a path forward that feels both practical and sustainable.

    • Irregular or unpredictable cycles

    • PMS symptoms (mood changes, fatigue, bloating, etc.)

    • Cycle tracking and understanding your phases

    • Lifestyle and nourishment to support hormonal balance

    • Feeling disconnected from your body or unsure where to begin

  • This is a 90-minute, personalized session where we will:

    • Talk through your health history, current symptoms, and cycle patterns

    • Identify potential imbalances or areas of support

    • Explore simple, supportive shifts in nutrition, lifestyle, and daily rhythm

    • Create a few clear next steps tailored to you

    You’ll leave with a better understanding of your body—and a starting point that feels manageable, not overwhelming.

Cycle Ease — 3 Month Support

A guided season of support to help you understand your cycle, restore balance, and build a more sustainable rhythm with your body.

  • Cycle Ease — 3-Month Support is a deeper, more personalized coaching experience designed to help you move beyond awareness and into integration.

    Over the course of three months, we’ll work together to better understand your cycle, uncover patterns, and begin supporting your body in a way that feels steady, realistic, and aligned with your life.

    This is not about quick fixes or rigid plans.

    It’s about learning how to work with your body—over time.

    • Understanding your unique cycle patterns and symptoms

    • Supporting hormonal balance through nutrition and lifestyle

    • Aligning movement and daily rhythms with your cycle phases

    • Building sustainable habits that feel supportive, not overwhelming

    • Reconnecting with your body and learning how to trust its signals

  • 3 x 60-minute coaching sessions (one per month)

    Ongoing support between sessions (gentle check-ins for questions, guidance, and support as you integrate)

    Access to your personalized client portal with resources on cycle phases, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle

    A flexible, supportive structure that adapts to your needs

    Between sessions, you’ll have time to implement what we discuss, notice changes, and reconnect with your body more intentionally—while still having access to guidance when you need it.

    By the end of our time together, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your cycle, along with practical tools and rhythms you can continue on your own.
