About

Hi, I’m Rachel—
a women’s menstrual cycle coach, slow living writer, and the voice behind The Woman’s Almanac.
My Story
For years, I lived out of sync with my body, my schedule, my seasons. As a primary care PA, I gave endlessly to others while quietly burning myself out.
What started as a personal journey to heal my cycle and reclaim rest has gradually evolved into a deeper path: one rooted in seasonal living, cyclical awareness, and compassionate self-understanding.
Now, I help other women come home to their own rhythm—through writing, rituals, and 1:1 guidance.
My Philosophy
I believe…
Your cycle is a map, not a problem to fix.
It holds the rhythm of your emotional landscape, your energy, your intuition. When we learn to listen, we stop fighting our bodies and begin partnering with them.
The seasons outside teach us how to honor the ones within.
There is a time for blooming and a time for stillness, a time to stretch upward and a time to root deeply. When you live in sync with nature, you remember how to live in sync with yourself.
Rest is not lazy—it is a radical reclamation.
It is choosing to soften in a world that worships urgency. Rest nourishes your nervous system, restores your rhythm, and helps you return to who you truly are.
You don’t need to do more.
Take a breath.
You already know what is right for you and what is not. My work is simply to help you remember, gently and without pressure, the wisdom you carry within.
